- Physical Limits: Tubing activity is not recommended for anyone weighing over 250 lbs, is 6'6" or taller, and under the age of 6 years old.
- Agility Note: Older participants must have a medium to advanced agility level to independently handle boarding/exiting the tube and moving on uneven riverbeds.
- Mandatory Gear: Everyone must bring secure water-specific footwear (no flip-flops or bare feet allowed).
- Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to selected departure time. Tubing launches every 30 minutes from 10am to 4pm and can be flexible to move to alternative times.

- Confirmation will be received at time of booking via email.
- This tour has a maximum of 20 tubers.
- We recommend travelers have no heart problems, pregnancies, or other serious medical conditions that can potentially put you at risk.
- This experience requires good weather. If it is canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date/time or a full refund.
- All children ages 6-18 MUST be accompanied by their parents.
- The river conditions and duration of the experience are subject to change depending on river flow and weather.
Cancellation Policy
- 24 hours cancellation notice of the applicable tour day/date is required for Tubing experience.
- All cancellations made outside the applicable required notification period of 24 hours are subject to a $25 processing fee.
- Tubing Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the applicable tour day/date/time will result in 100% cancellation fee of the applicable retail price.
- NO SHOWS are subject to 100% of the applicable tour retail price.
